How to add Location to Blog posts

  • Hello!

    I am trying to add a “Location” to my blog posts, but NOT with the google maps plug in or anything… I just want to add it almost as a category.

    You can see on my blog BlondieintheCity.com it currently shows the post title, category, and date… Is there a way I could replace the “Category” section and put “Location: _______” in there instead? However, when I create my blog posts, I will still be placing them into categories, since I have a drop down menu for that, so I don’t want to necessarily add the locations in the categories if that makes sense?

    Anyway, it doesn’t need to be a clickable link if that makes it easier!

    So I actually ended up figuring out how to add it as a taxonomy, and being able to check which location while creating a post… Now I just need to figure out how to actually get it to show up in my posts. ??
