How to add items to the wp-admin menu

  • Hi I would like to add some items to the wp-admin side menu, to make it more user-friendly for my clients. Basically I would need to link to some plugins which are currently hidden away under the Tools or the Settings menu. Is there any plugin that can help me achieve this? thanks
