    How do I add colors to the existing variations? I don’t see anywhere I can add an image or color to a black t-shirt or red t-shirt.

    For existing variations:
    1. Go to your attributes, it’s under products
    2. Edit each attribute to choose a variation swatch type and shape
    3. Edit each attribute item to add the color if you choose color, or image if you choose image
