How to add home link to navigation menu?

    I am using a theme that does not have a Home page link in the navigation menu.
    I have to actually click on the blog name to take me to the posts section. I have added a page called Home, but how do I set it up that when clicking on it, it takes me to my posts.
    So basically I want the Home page showing my posts.
    Please let me know where and what code to insert?
