How to add Half-Star & Specify Column Width

I want to add half-star, there is an empty star but not possible to give 4.5 with the star. Can you guide me?

I want to specify each column width as % how can I do it? This is because I want 6 column, some require small space some require large space like description need a big gap, the title needs mid-range gap and price column need a very small gap.
