How to add Gutenberg Inspector controls to Posts (not individual blocks)

I’d like to add some Gutenberg components to the Post inspector controls. I know I technically could do this with the add_meta_boxes action, but is there a way to do it that integrates better with the pre-built Gutenberg Components?
