Jetpack comes with a great analytics feature which I don’t say is bad. However, there are many people who still prefer Google analytics or any third party tool to analyze their traffic.

I see no direct way in Jetpack to integrate mobile theme with Google Analytics which we can do in our own theme by adding the code to the footer?

Is there any way to do this by editing the Jetpack code? Is there any possibility that Automattic will add such feature to Jetpack?

    Jetpack Mechanic ??

I would strongly recommend against editing the Jetpack code, as your changes would get overwritten next time you update Jetpack.

I would also recommend against editing your theme files to add Google Analytics, since you want that tracking code to always appear regardless of the theme you’re using.

Instead, you could use a Google Analytics like this one:

It will add the tracking code to all your pages, regardless of the theme.
