How to add Geo Targeting to WordPress site

  • Hey there,

    I want to add different links/text/content to my site. The content will change depending on where the visitor is from.

    So if the visitor is from the USA I want to show one piece of content and so on.

    Note here that I want the content to be displayed in the post.

    I am able to edit my theme files. So guide me is you have such a solution
