    By “box”, do you mean a custom field? If so, yes. The free version of USP supports one extra custom field. Check out the plugin settings for “Custom Field” to see how it works. Let me know if any questions, glad to help.

    I tried with GEO my WP plugin but it doesn’t work … is there any plugin that i can integrate into your plugin.
    Please help.

    I’m not sure about any “GEO” plugin, but in general the free version of USP can be customized using the custom form template. That would enable more advanced customization, etc. You can learn more in the plugin documentation (under the Installation tab).
