How to add GDPR Checkbox Confirmation for Email Subscribers

Hello, I currently have a Mailchimp sign up form, I created this form using the Advanced Layout Builder. Is there a way to add a GDPR Checkbox using any plugin/code like “Yes, I would like to receive future updates”? then the ticked-box information (whether ticked or not) is passed to our email list, so we’re not emailing anyone who has opted-out.
