How to add flash menu in the page

    Need help,
    How does one add a flash menu on the page? if its a plugin whats the name of it? look at this site https://5at2.co.za/what-we-do/, they using something like a flash menu to show their service. All i need is the name of the plugin need to use it as well.

    That’s not flash.. that’s simple css navigation that has been customized in the css file.
