How to add fields to the email sender

    The email sender has two placeholders [ccb-total-0] & [ccb-subtotal]

    The plugin takes the first “total” type field it finds and replaces [ccb-total-0] with the value. How can I get another field to be used for [ccb-subtotal] ?

    [ccb-subtotal] is being ignored. I would expect the second “total” field the plugin finds to be inserted into the send form message.

    Hi Dear,

    In order to display the total value on the contact form, please use this sequence of these shortcodes: [ccb-total-0] (for first total field), [ccb-total-1] (for second total field), [ccb-total-3] (for third total field) and so on.
