How to add fields? Captcha?

  • I’d like to add some additional text fields with the file upload field to create a upload submission form. How do I add fields?

    Also is there a way to add a captcha before upload submission?

  • under the instance’s Additional Data Fields options, turn on Include Additional Data Fields, and add them

    i’m still trying to figure out how to access the addl fields…

    Hi, first thing is to open the visual editor of the plugin.

    Then, you need to go to Additional Fields tab and activate Include Additional Data Fields option. The right pane will be activated and you can add one or more fields on the form.
