How to add email and phone number by float

using snippet it is showing in header, I need it float. please give simple edits. I dont want to use extra plugins.

Please try adding the following codes in your Appearance -> Customize -> Advanced Options -> Custom CSS

Resolved for now. If any one have time to code, please do it to avoid use of plugin. I think small changes only need to following tutorial.
