How to add dynamic custom fields to post?

Hi Guys

Do you know of plugins that will allow me to add fields dynamically to posts?

So I write a new post.
Within the post I say ‘Add Fields’, select image field, upload Image.
I might then add another field.
I might then reorder the fields.

There are lots of plugins that allow one to define the fields for EVERY post, but I need to define the fields for each post individually.
