Hi. This plugin is very frustrating when it does not update the file on a manual refresh. I have tried so many variables but it alludes me.
I am using Litespeed cache plugin which could be the problem however the feed will update sometimes (never on demand). I have installed the Cron plugin you mention and no errors are top of screen (however your plugin does not have a listing/schedule).

What do I enter into my Cache control to exclude the feed from being cached/disrupted?

    thanks

  • Hi matwin23,

Thanks for using our plugin and reaching out to us.

Our plugin’s cron event is this one:
    https://www.dropbox.com/s/g2i17jxv0tk02dp/cron-event.png?dl=0

When it is not there you need to de-activate and re-activate our plugin (do not delete it as that will delete your configured feeds) so the cron-events are re-created.

When that doesn’t solve the issue at hand then indeed most likely, like you suggested yourself, you are experiencing a caching issue. As we, obviously, do not know the settings and configuration options of all caching plugin’s out there I suggest you reach out to support of your caching-plugin to ask what the proper configuration is for not caching the product feeds our plugin creates.

    All the best,
    Eva

    Hi,

Assuming the issue at hand has been resolved and our support is no longer required I am going to close this topic for housekeeping reasons now.
