How to add div or HTML content before attached images of the posts?

    I want to add some HTML content before the attached images of the all single posts in WordPress. I know we can do this with action hook or filter, But I don’t know how to do it. Can anyone please help me to do this?

    Also it is possible to add content before any class or ID in wordpress, with the help of function.php
