How to add customers to the mailing list?

As per your query

2.If you mean reminder email send to a specific customer as ‘individual customers’, then currently we do not have the option to send a reminder email to the specific customer, but we have an advanced filtering option, based on order, date range, specific date, specific order etc. Here is the detail: https://reviewx.io/docs/how-to-schedule-woocommerce-review-reminder-email/
