How to Add Custom Text on Post Meta Data

Hello, we have recently added a team of medical reviewers to be reviewing our blog content. We would like to have a provision where we can add custom text “Medically Reviewed By: Author Name”.

I am not a developer so I cannot handle complex code. Is there a plugin that I can use for this? PS: I have searched the WP Plugins database already and still have no idea which Plugin would do this kind of stuff.

I would appreciate simple instructions or suggestions on how to go about this.
