How to add Custom Fields

Hi Essential Real Estate development team, thanks to your team, you have developed incredible plugin for free. It will boom vastly. My Suggestion is most important and please take it serious and do needful and all users will love it.
Custom fields: Add option custom field with text box, select, check box, radio buttons, text area, and more to customize properties when adding new property page and in advance search option also. example property type already you have kept select option but please add custom fields for above options. At exist if if i need dropdown to bedrooms and bathrooms in add new property page there are no options to keep it drop down.
