How to add custom elements to the form?

    Can I add custom fields that would link to other pages? Text with links or clickable images inside the form is what I am looking for. Will the plugin handle it?

    Dear @clementlegrand,

    You can experiment and use the HTML to add some custom elements to your form. The field allows adding both links and images.
