How to add custom css code

The best way to add your CSS is to add in the theme customizer CSS area.

If you still don’t want to use that, then you can install the Astra Child theme and add your CSS in the default Stylesheet of it. You can generate Astra child theme from here: https://wpastra.com/child-theme-generator/

Further, make sure you use the correct class in order to see the changes to your desired page.
