How to add cookies and its data not clear

I’m reading your documentation and am not getting a clear picture of what to do in adding the cookies and its data. You have descriptions for Cookie Title, Description, Type, Duration and Sensitivity. When I go to Chrome > Inspect > Application > Cookies and view the cookies list I see > Name, Value, Domain, Path, Expires/Max Age, Size, HTTP, Secure and SameSite.

Some of this clear but some isn’t, and I want to get clear on these.

Does:
Title = Name?
Description = Value?
Type = I don’t see Persistent, Session, or Third Party?
Duration = Expires/Max Age? Do I copy and paste the value of “1969-12-31T23:59:59.000Z” for example from the column titled Expires/Max Age?
Sensitivity = I don’t see a column for this. How do I know what it is?

In other words, the data you are stating that needs to be entered isn’t very clear on how to find it. Can you please point me to some more detailed instructions and if you don’t have them, can you please make more detailed screenshots or something so that there’s no question of what means what?

Any detailed help would be appreciated.
