How to add content in the form.

Hello,

I have used Mailpoet plugin in a site, but
The Confirm you’re not a robot page, after registering for updates, is dated 6 Dec, 2019 and the display picture is not loading, so I was not able to confirm that I was not a robot until I clicked on the image to reload it.

Also I want to add some content on that page
