Are you using Visual Composer to build your page?
If so, please edit that page, above the banner ads, you can insert the PHP module (if it has).
Or you can insert a Shortcode/Text module, and create a shortcode for your PHP code (here is tutorial), then add that shortcode to the Shortcode/Text module.
