How to add COD collection mode

    I have installed DTDC courier plugin(Shipsy configuration) for my website. While syncing the order, it’s asking me to add “COD collection mode”. Please help me with this.

    Hi @abhilash92,

    You should be able to enable the Cash on Delivery (COD) payment method as explained here.

    However, the context of the message you’re getting is a bit unclear. You’d be best placed contacting the plugin authors of the DTDC courier plugin for further clarification on what you’re expected to do on your end.
