How to add back to blog (link button) from post page?

Hi,

I would like to add back to blog function from post page like this <<BLOG to be in line with post-date, post-author and post-category, see screenshot: https://pasteboard.co/H2jyhRz.jpg
I have edited element-blog.php, but “<<BLOG” appears on the other side of post-byline, not inline see screenshot: https://pasteboard.co/H2jz4Ix.jpg

Please, tell me, what am I doing wrong?
