Share a copy of your site’s System Status, you can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”.?

Thanks for pitching-in. Kindly note that recommending (and/or using) a plugin that hasn’t been tested with the latest 3 major releases of WordPress is not good practice. It may no longer be maintained or supported and may have compatibility issues when used with more recent versions of WordPress.

Furthermore, regarding the inquiry on the second thread you are including with your message (directly linked here), I’d like to offer a different approach.

Consider the fact that creating a menu with +250 items in it is not ideal for the usability of a store.

Instead, to help your visitors find what they need, implementing incredibly powerful and customizable search functionality will help your visitors instantly find the right content – right when they need it. Jetpack search is a great option for enabling such search functionality.
