Hi NDZH,
The best way to add your image by link your profile to gravatar, you need to update your gravatar profile. From user profile on WP Admin Dashboard, your email must be the same email that you’re using on Gravatar.

Please set the default avatar to use Gravatar Logo:
Go to Settings > Discussion > Default Avatar

Bio is under Users > Your Profile > Biographical Info

Hi NDZH. If the Theme Options > Blog > Single-Author Bio is ON, and the author account contains Biographical Info, it will be displayed. Also, as @adiazudin mentioned, if the author’s email is linked to a gravatar, that will also be displayed. And, just as a point of clarification, I am not “Alx”. I’m just a member helping out on the forum here as a way of thanking Alex for the theme and “giving back” to the WP community.
