How to Add an Email to Receive Updates

    I have 5 users on my blog and only three of them receive emails when there is an issue with he blog. For instance if one of our plug-ins break. I would like to add one of our current Administrators to the email list to receive all email updates. I cannot seem to find where to do this.

    Tara- thanks for that but its not so much for subscriptions I need it for its just for general blog updates. Like if there is an issue with a plug in or a hacker attempt. I feel like its just a general feature on WordPress and not a plugin.
