• Hi,

I would like to add a text linked to my email address in the footer of my page, the theme I’m using is Travel Blogger 1.3.2

Where people can click and send me an email but I don’t want my email address to be disclosed

What is the best way to do this?

    Thanks

  • Well, firstly install plugin “Graceful Obfuscation” read instructions.

Then go to Appearance, Editor and look for the footer.php on the right-hand side.

Enter the graceful email obfuscation code from step one where you want it to appear in the footer. Save. Done!

Thanks for sharing this info but I’m getting an error when activating this plugin

Plugin could not be activated because it triggered a fatal error.
Parse error: syntax error, unexpected T_OBJECT_OPERATOR in /usr/local/pem/vhosts/105894/webspace/siteapps/1168/htdocs/wp-content/plugins/graceful-email-obfuscation/geo-spam-prevention.php on line 100

    Any idea why?

    Cheers

Yikes. Never encountered that before. I your blog self-hosted? and the latest version?
