    Hi,

I use Register form. Activation method is set to Email Activation. I know that in this case, WordPress sends an activation email containing an activation link after registration. I have disabled this email in Forminator form, as this default WordPress email is ugly and not customizable without additional plugins.

On the tab Email Notifications in Forminator Form, I’ve created User Confirmation Mail. In this mail, I need an activation link that is normally sent by WordPress: https://www.mywebsite.com/?page=account_activation&key=XXXXXX

How do I create a shortcode {activation_link} that will output the activation link in Forminator user confirmation mail?

Note: I do not want to use the default WordPress activation mail. I would like to send an activation link in User Confirmation Mail from YOUR plugin.

    Thank you in advance!

    Hi @affiliatedachs

I hope you are doing well today.

I see you have already contacted with us in this matter no so long time ago. I would like to inform you that we have informed our developers and they are considering this as a feature request which will be implemented in future. We do not have any ETA at this point but it is our radar now. As such feature is more complex and we have many things on our improvements list, the only solution at this point is still use 3rd party solution to replace default WP core email to look better.

    Kind Regards,
    Kris

@wpmudevsupport13 thank you for your prompt reply! I am happy it is on your list for a no-code solution in the future.

I use an email customization plugin “WordPress Email and Alerts” to edit a default WordPress message right now. I have just hoped there would be a simple code solution to get rid of another plugin. ??

As it seems more complex, I will wait.

Have a nice day and thank you again!
