How to add a widget on home page

  • Hi,
    I tried to add login via social links through the plugin –
    Social login.

    I want to add it to home page, but how. It is not taking the shortcode in the content area of the site nor could add a widget on home page.

    Could you please tell me how to solve this and it would be great if it is on the right of the logo section on top in header.
