How to add a "unsubscribe" link to all emails from the shop?

Hotmail is sending all our emails to the trash, even that we enrolled in the JMRP and SNDS programs. Reading through the guidelines and also comparing to other shops I have bought from, I noticed that other big shops have an unsubscribe button for all emails, even those of purchase notification.

Is it possible somehow to get the same unsubscribe link on woocommerce?
