    Hi JamezWatson,

    You could indeed use the Flat Rate shipping method to do this, if you wanted. Then to change the “Flat Rate” string, you could use a plugin called Say What to change the string. It will be helpful to note the text domain is ‘wpsc’.

    Let me know if that gets you what you need.
