How to add a subscription form to each vendor

Hello,
I installed the WCFM Multivendor Marcketplace plugin with the purpose of managing a marketplace. I find this plugin very useful, but I can’t set up a subscription form for every vendor.
what I need is that a person who visits the site and enters the page of the single vendor (store), can choose to sign up, with a form, as a customer of the vendor to receive offers later. it’s possible to do it? or need some plugin that allows me to do it?
At the moment, it is possible for me to set up a subscription form on the home page that allows me admin to see the customer list, but they are not associated with any vendor.
I currently have WCFM – WooCommerce Frontend Manager, WCFM – WooCommerce Multivendor Membership and YITH WooCommerce Catalog Mode installed.
