How to add a subcategory to a particular page

  • I am having trouble trying to figure out how to add a subcategory to a particular page. I am running on a Fugitive Ink theme. To reference my problem, look at the link below.

    On the side, where it says “Services” is the kind of subcategory I want to create on another page of my website. The page I am trying to create it on is posted below…

    I have tried using multiple plugins but nothing has worked. I also tried playing around with the coding, though coding is not my strong set so I have been avoiding it.
