  • Dear jylsilver,
    Thank you for contacting us.
Try to change single quotes to double quotes like this:
    <script type="text/javascript" src="https://app.getresponse.com/view_webform_v2.js?u=NjSO&webforms_id=1231123"></script>

    Regards,
    Sygnoos Team.

    Same error here:

    <script type=”text/javascript” src=”https://form.jotformeu.com/jsform/60262313944350″></script&gt;

I use the HTML popup but when I save it deletes the <script> tag and everything in between. This does not happen for <p> for example.

Do you have an idea why?

    Thank you!

    Dear user,
Try to switch your WYSIWYG (TinyMCE) editor from visual to text and try to save popup and see if the result is the same.

    Best Regards,
    Sygnoos Team.

Hi, I have a similar issue. I developed a form on a html file which contains html, css and js. I tried to copy and paste all the content into the WYSIWYG in text mode but after saving it, it deletes some code. Does this plugin support css and js??

I tried to come with a solution and use the iframe option and add the url here “Enter iframe URL” and it does woks but after submit the form, instead to redirect me to the page that I want, the new window opens into the iframe. How can I fix this problem?

    Dear @meyao,

You can’t do that, because of security reasons.
It’s being sanitized and that’s why you can’t save it.

    Best regards,
    Sygnoos Team.
