how to add a page to directs to another site

You don’t need to create a page, you can just create a Custom Link nav-menu item in Appearance >> Menu

i have made my custom menu how do i get it on my homepage to say forum

Now you need to tell WordPress to use that custom menu via the Theme Location box at the top left of the Menus page.

(You’ll probably want all your other pages on it, because it will replace the default theme menu that’s there now)
