    I want to allow users that they can download our blog posts images with a single click with download button below the image or appear on image.

    Such that feature is not allowed to be included in the theme’s core code. Because that is plugin’s territory. So you should use an additional plugin for that. You may be ble to find of which from the plugins directory.
