How To Add A New Text Element To The Header Banner in Twenty Eleven

I’m learning/working on a test site at https://affordablereputationmanagement.com/ (yes, child theme).

I am modelling my site after one I like at: https://avelient.co/

I love their orange “call to action” box and want to create something similar on my site. How would I do that?
