How to Add a Navigation Menu bar at the bottom

  • I had most of my questions resolved by spending a lot of time exploring with trial & error and of course the WordPress Forum.
    I’m trying my luck here with a question that can be very common and I hope you guys can provide a quick answer.
    My site LATEST UPDATES – PRICES AND PROJECTS – Properties Of Singapore*|*Properties Of Singapore which I’ve been steadily buliding and so far so good and I would like to have another set of navigational bar at the bottom of the page because after scrolling down all the way there would be no need to navigate to scroll back up to the top.
