how to add a menu in header ?

  • im talking about about adding a menu in my header .. like theres some menus in header such as home,musics,contact us etc and i want to add another here like gallery or something similar. how do i do that ?

    is it possible to do this in appearance > menus ?

    please provide me a simple instruction .
