    How to add a link in the email designer?

    I want to place an link in the text of the email of order completed.

    The “Body Text” and “Additional Content” sections let you add some HTML. For example, you can add a link with the following HTML. Please let us know if this information helps or if you have additional questions.

    <a href=https://yoursite.com>This is a link.</a>

    Thanks it works!

    I want to change the template also. When i click on the first one it don’t load.

    How can i fix this?

    Hello @anti89

    After clicking the template you want to load, you must scroll to the bottom of the window to click the “Load Template” button. After you click the load button, there is an alert asking you if you’re sure you want to load the template. Please click the load button and let us know if that works for you.
