How to add a jpg image in meta header.

    Hi,
    I am just a beginner and I was trying to add image in meta header using

    <img src =”C:\wamp\www\wordpress\wp-content\themes\twentyfourteen\images\SS.jpg” height=”100″ width=”1000″>

    I entered this code in the meta header portion in this plugin but the image is not coming on the real page when I browse the page.

    sorry,, I was idiot to give the hard drive url.
    I just added the media in wordpress then added the image from there.
