How to add a full-width block at the top of the product page

Hello. I am relatively new to WordPress / Woocommerce, and I work through all the questions / challenges I have, to find solutions, and to learn.
One question: How can I add a full screen width block to the top of the product page, with an image from the media library as the cover background in this block, and the product title centered in this block? Can this be done with a plugin? Or via a php code inserted with the Code Snippet Plugin?
I need the top of the product page to look like this page: https://verketyoga.no/wordpress/kurs/
Please guide me in the right direction. Thanks in advance.
