How to add a form to a website

    I am using WordPress on Godaddy.com, and I created a form using Calculated Fields Form Plugin, How can I get the plugin to show up to be added as a content? The plugin is installed and activated but it is not showing in the contents.

    Hello,

    The forms are created through the menu option: “Settings/Calculated Fields Form” (the plugin is distributed with 5 predefined forms). For publishing the form in your website, you simply should insert the form’s shortcode into the content of a post or page of your website, for example:

    [CP_CALCULATED_FIELDS id="1"]
