How to add a downloadable audiofile to blog?

  • Hi Everyone,

    I recently did an interview with someone over Skype and recorded it into a 30 minute audioclip which is to big to upload to my blog.

    Does any know how I can make this available to the readers and/or have it so they can download and listen to it in Itunes?
