How to add a Custom Body Class to Genesis 404 page?

I’m sorry to tell that nothing happens when I add that code to my functions.php in my Minimum Pro child theme. I also checked it in my experimental site, and the footer still hoovers in the middle of the almost empty page.

There is a field for Custom Body Class in the Layout settings for every other page in my Genesis theme. I’m just curious, would it be very complicated to add the same functionality to your Genesis 404 page plugin?

add_filter( 'body_class', 'be_404_page_body_classes' );

is missing from that code.
