How to add a Country field to registration (select from a list of countries)?

I am using the Cimy plugin to add extra fields to user registration.
In particular, I want to add a country field. Is there a way to make this field a drop-down list with options comprising all the countries? That is, instead of making the user spell out his/her country, which would lead to typo errors and so on.
